April 27, 2007 - Crisp and cool, but with smooth mellow fruit. Just a touch of citrus (not too sharp), with some nice ripe apples. This was a lovely Pinot Blanc, sort of a surprise since I don't normally think of CSJ as making good whites, but this I would buy again. Will be a perfect summer white.
