  January 12, 2019 - 13.5% alcohol, light to medium foil, appears to be real cork; medium to long legs, prune juice color; nose is a mixture of prune and rhubarb, plus alcohol/citrus; tasted at ca 15 degrees C, the wine's nose gives little hint of the taste to come, notes of stone fruit (prunes, cherries, peaches); the fruit was well balanced by the tannins and quite distinct from them in the mix; if the integration of the components were more evenly subtle, my score would have been even higher; pair with soft cheese; the finish has a fleeting, delicious reminiscence of a fruit I cannot put my finger on

  October 23, 2011 - Dry. Medium heavy with a pinch wild berries flavor. The aroma was inviting but needs to sit for approx an hour.

  September 4, 2011 - Very average everyday pop and pour cab. Fruit on the nose and oak with a disjointed balance and thin finish. Not bad with a steak though.
