July 16, 2009 - Purchased and consumed the same day in early July 2009. Not decanted.

Color: Light red, like an old-aged pinot noir.

Nose: A whiff of sour cream mixed with volatile alcohol. Then followed by notes of rasberries.

First sip upon opening - Palate was extremely tired. In full decline. But still drinkable. Good thing was the wine didn't completely fall apart even after 1.5 hrs in the glass. It should have been consumed before the turn of this century!
