One of the best Champagnes I've ever had. Disgorged after 80 years, bright colour, fine bubbles, still primary notes after mandarin peel, yuzu, no nuts, unbelievable fresh. No dosage, because freshly disgorged. Incredible length. Never will forget this experience. 100
