Community Tasting Notes 2

October 26, 2012 - Baked plum and cherry fruit, forest floor, rosemary, tar, coffee, chocolate, sumac bark/cinnamon, floral top notes. This is beautiful right now with deep fruit, lots of fusel alcohol but not raisiny, prominent secondary spice characteristics, very soft tannins. 16.5% alcohol isn't perceptible at all.
