November 14, 2010 - Medium red colored with some bricking. Nose has just a hint of remaining fruit, some nice secondary aromas of coffee/chocolate. On the palate it is still a bit tannic, good red fruits, but overall quite thin and lacking concentration of flavor. Quite decent for the price and reasonably balanced.

November 23, 2008 - Drank one night with pizza. It had an oaky finish which was unexpected. Had distinct dark fruit flavors, berries, and light tanin. Had a fruity flavor, but was still had the dry taste expected of a Merlot.
