March 11, 2022 - Aging has done well to this bottle. Very well balanced chocolate and red wine. Not sophisticated but very enjoyable and consistent even after an hour.

December 19, 2011 - a lot of heat upon opening, after two hours the chocolate undertone came around. Nice to sip, but anything sweet is not my cup of tea.
