fries Does not like this wine:
April 2, 2010 - Decanted about 1 hr before drinking. Dark ruby red. Very ripe on the nose, dark cherries, some pinot funk, and too much oak. Moderate palette weight, decent acidity, moderate tannins. I agree with the previous taster... too much power and oak, not enough finesse.

December 13, 2009 - My first BC Pinot! Needed about an hour of air to really open, but I really enjoyed the balance of floral aromas and dark fruit; definitely reminded me of an OR style (or should I say OR Pinots remind me of the BC style!), but with darker fruit instead of bright cherry. Nice Pinot funk on the nose, light/medium body, and a medium finish. I really enjoyed it!
