-translucent light gold, looks young
-faint lanolin lemon butterscotch
-med/med+ acidity lends a sour citrus note, med/med- weight moderately sappy extract leaves a bitter citrus zest residue through to the long-ish finish, fairly one-dimensional
-village-level complexity, house style mix of Dauvissat/Billaud-Simon and acid structure of the vintage, this is exactly what an '08 Tribut Chablis should be, though have to say that it is aging well without a trace of oxidation -

-translucent light/med gold
-very slight oxidative note of rancid almond, lanolin, waxy lemon
-high acidity, highly concentrated with med- weight, largely faded fruit with some grapefruit and lemon zest remnants, acid spine and a bitter note carry through to finish, no overtly oxidative flavors, average complexity is good for its level
-stylistically has some resemblance to a hypothetical mix of Billaud-Simon (waxy linearity) and the related V. Dauvissat (acid-dominant sappy citrus), this bottle is probably on or slightly past its plateau now
