December 10, 2023 - Yellow apple, lemon curd, superb minerality and elecric acidity. Just a very very good wine. I believe it still have some good years, yet I can see it will get any better. Love it the way it is now.

June 19, 2017 - Maturing. Certainly not oxidised but some lovely bruised apple and honey notes. Still some freshness on the palate. Complex. Very good. I also liked it when it was fresher. A lovely wine to watch develop.

May 5, 2017 - Deep but brilliant yellow/gold. Crushed oyster shells, preserved Tunisian lemons, cold tidal pool on the nose. The aromas just explode with a little air. Complex and layered flavors include ripe lemon, quince, citrus zest and a touch of stone fruit. Power and persistence rule the finish. Yikes, this is very lovely Vaulorent! Drink now through 2020 if well stored. Screw cap. Last and best bottle from a glorious case.
