Community Tasting Notes 3

January 29, 2011 - Very perfumed and quite floral nose. Balanced, light and slightly acidic on the palate. Very enjoyable and went beautifully with some pan fried whiting fillets.

September 15, 2010 - Real gem for the $. Nice simple chard. Good balance.

February 6, 2010 - Nice straw coloring. Medium to light, particularly on the finish. Flavors of melon, lime, and a bit of floral. Probably goes better with fish than as a pre-dinner apertif (and thus ranked a couple of points low).
