    January 18, 2024 - Wine Bordeauxphilia (at Adina's): Merlot (80%), Cabernet Franc (20%)
Winemaking: Traditional Bordeaux winemaking, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging in French oak barrels for 18 months
Deep, mature, fully developed, tertiary notes, rich color with complex aromas of black fruits, cedar, and tobacco.
Full-bodied and powerful, with velvety tannins and a long, lingering finish.
    Drink now.

February 8, 2023 - Note: I use the recommend scale, so 85 represent s a very good wine.

    Fully aged Bordeaux.
Opened up nicely after an hour in the decanter.
Consumed a week ago, so details are murky, but overall Excellent-Outstanding.

February 20, 2021 - A pit overaged, smell and taste rather earthy, mushroom, moss, leather. End of lifecycle..

October 8, 2017 - Decanted for three hours. Nose of dark black cherries and cigar box. Taste of cherries, with some herbacious notes. Medium, soft tannins with a lovely soft medium length finish. A delicious wine.

January 30, 2017 - as good as this has been - not bad given the year but lacking the necessary fruit or complexity to make it anything more than that in an average vintage
