    March 15, 2017 - WSET Level 2 Award for Wines and Spirits Course; 3/14/2017-3/15/2017 (The Sapling, SHATEC Enabling Village): clear, pale salmon, fine beads; clean, medium nose of nectarine, mango, orange, thyme, bread yeasts; dry, medium acid, low tannin, light bodu, nectarine, raspberry, bread yeast, bell pepper, peas; short finish; quite enjoyable

    May 4, 2014 - vanilla creamy nose, very dry, acidic backbone, herbal/steamy,

    small but foamy mouth feel. touch of bitter end note. Citrus fruity notes emerges when warmer. Although very dry, it does taste fragrant and can be mistaken as slightly sweet.

    BTW, it is chardonnay + pinot noir but a white spakling, why the icon pink is use is beyond me.

    March 19, 2012 - Good value budget sparkler. Salmon red/golden color. Clean and pretty dry. Fine mousse, not to arggessive. Fresh, light and fairly simple
