May 26, 2016 - PNP, Ruby red, no dust left, all easy red fruit, med + finish.
Still fresh but more mature, really a good wine.
Paired with tiki chicken all good.

May 6, 2016 - Opened another bottle for dinner with meatloaf. Amazingly still lots of primary tones. Dark red fruits. Not even aware of the 15.5% alcohol. Tannins have moderated. Secondary leather and earth tones. Can't imagine will peak anytime soon.

April 5, 2015 - My best bottle to date(#9). No signs of age. Great balance of black and blue fruit, acidity and fairly mild but present tannins. Nice medium/short finish.
