February 17, 2024 - WTSO and Costco wines while hiking in Arizona (Superstition Mountains and Sedona): Nice strawberry, good acidity, slight yeast, fairly sweet but the acidity keeps it in check, energetic and mineral-driven. As good as NV rose Champagne.

November 11, 2023 - [0.7] Blinds with Kfan and Janie (Kfan's): Medium mousse, light impression of autolysis (bready). Medium-high acid. Nice. Moderately aromatic but not exceptionally detailed or zippy or assertive. (I tend to agree with AAgrawal - excellent for CA, average for Champagne).

May 17, 2021 - This improved over the 2 hours that we drank the bottle. It filled out with time, remained energetic and mineral-driven, with slate and barely-ripe strawberry. This is as elegant as a good NV champagne rose.
