June 14, 2011 - Thought this was a solid GSM. Slight hints of cherry, medium body. For 10 bucks, this is a good daily drinker, out preformed its price by a wide margin.

November 16, 2010 - Coming from the fingers of Domaine du Pegau's producer, Laurence Feraud, I was a bit more expectant than necessary. It's an innocuous effort that offers soft aromas and flavors of kirschy cherry, licorice, chocolate, raspberry and plum. Rounded with a slight imbalance of alcohol, vanilla, blackberry, and a dusting of mineral lead the finish.

November 16, 2010 - "Plume" doesn't do anything bad or very good. Example of mediocricy. Very thin for the vintage. The nose shows berry and slight spice. The palate is very simple and lacks any real vibrancy. Would serve this to a casual wine drinker and expect they'd enjoy it. I am tasting from a more experienced standpoint and am not excited by it. There are other $10 cdr's that make you stop and say hmmm, "I'm picking up a hint of.........", that didn't happen.

November 7, 2010 - Red, brown, ripe plums. Fruity with nice tannin/acid balance. Stone fruit, long finish. Night two; nose of candied fruits, cola, caramel. Cherries, lavender with medium body and long slightly tart and tannic finish. Some age will help with the tannins.
