January 11, 2018 - Incredible that this was still so red given its 50+ age. I did feel it was ever so slightly sweet as I'm sure the signs of slow oxidation over many years has taken its toll. Still, an incredible experience. Drank with SW at MNC event

July 16, 2016 - Amazing wine after 50 years. Sweet perfume as soon as the bottle was uncorked, opening into light leathery, undergrowth flavours, and meatiness on the palate, although quite a light wine. Persistent and long - an excellent example of a great wine.
