  April 13, 2011 - Jenny & Francois portfolio comes to Chicago (Webster's Wine Bar): Extremely pale, really intense nose of musky cherry and cinnamon (courtesy the full carbonic maceration). It's tangy on the palate, though not aggressively so, and tastes of black pepper and sausage meat. Outside the Anjou wines, this was my favorite red of the night – oodles of character here.

  August 24, 2009 - Sans soufre wines at Terroir (Terroir, San Francisco): Tasty soft, feminine aromatic red fruits, floral, sharp acid. Carbonic earth and toasted grain palate. No tannin. A bit tight still, but a pleasant poulsard that seems much in the same style as the 2007.
