April 2, 2010 - Good Shiraz. Strong smoky notes on nose and palate. Good intensity and finish. Well-made wine.

October 25, 2009 - This is a proto-typcial S.A. shiraz, and by that I mean it has some of the plump fruit you typically see in aussie shiraz, but it is balanced with Rhone-ish minerality and a hint of the unique S.A. smoke. This is fine stuff for an entry-level price point.
