October 7, 2019 - Opened by LostVerse who brought this back from the winery. This was a very pretty sparkler with a fresh and lively profile. However, we drank this after a late disgorged champagne with vintages from the 1970's and 80's with some rather complex notes. As a result, this came off as a more simple wine with soft notes. Lighter bead. Some vanilla notes with lemon curd. 87-88 points.

October 5, 2019 - Opened at Vino Me's home with dinner. Brought this bottle back from Alsace with us, and thought it drank really well. Almond and some tropical notes.

October 5, 2019 - Courtesy of tlv. Light color with a medium mousse and fine bead. Notes of crab apple blossoms, almond, mineral and lemon. Hints of mineral underneath. Floral and quite elegant, this is right in my wheelhouse. 89-90 pts.
