April 16, 2021 - Decanted for about one hour prior to serving with filet mignon. This is drinking really well right now - totally in a sweet spot. Fully mature but holding nicely this was full of dry leafy forest floor, saddle leather and dried red currants. Last of our bottles but sure this should hold in this phase for at least another 5 years.

February 3, 2020 - Pencil shavings, dark fruit and leather notes work together harmoniously! Great texture and depth. This is a classic Napa Valley Cabernet. The wine continued to evolve in the glass, which only means there are still a dozen years of life left. Good juice.
