Community Tasting Notes 2

November 8, 2010 - Good/Very Good. Pale yellow. Citrus and a touch of pineapple on the nose. Mellower on the palate with apples and a hint of pear. Clean finish. A very well constructed wine that asks you to come back for another sip. And, yes, it's a sipper rather than a gulper. It paired well with herb-covered baked red snapper and Israeli couscous. <Wow/Very Good/Good/Fair/Plonk>
