That's what we've got here. Give this time. The palate is utter refreshment-proud, vibrant, exceedingly lush and buoyant all at once. Lots of lime, lots of Granny Smith. Just pure, exalting, honest perfection. Love it for what it is right now, but it needs another year to grow. I think. But dare me to stop drinking a Grand Cru wine at 9 Euro a bottle...pleeeeez. Case wine.
