May 2, 2013 - Aromatic ripe lemon and lime, progressing to strong grapefruit notes and jalepeno juice and asparagus and tarragon. Almost fat body, rich mouthfeel, good intensity and acidity, this is doing great for 5 years on. Some Sancerres age quite well, and this is one of them. I'd love to try this aged another 2-3 years.
