December 30, 2020 - Perfect cork and top shoulder fill.
Strange scent (metal) and lots of Brettanomyces in the nose and on the palate.
But very good, sytlish, old school Medoc though.

Two days after the left overed half in the bottle didn´t show any Brettanomyces but was of course pretty tired and bland.

    Drink up of course.

August 28, 2020 - Promising earthy Bordeaux nose, slightly bretty but resolves with time in the glass, rich and ripe fruit, acidity is on the low side, nice complexity considering the price point, very enjoyable now and will be nice for some years, no point waiting though.

April 10, 2020 - TN fill, perfekt kork.

October 27, 2019 - Quintessential Englishman's Claret summed up superbly in CT member fc1910 from Hamburg's June '19 note (where my mother was brought up in the early 30s!). An exact reflection of this bottle.
Well cellared examples should hold up at around this level for at least 35yrs from vintage. 4 to go.

June 27, 2019 - As per most recent note. A quintessential Englishman's claret!
