July 4, 2015 - Peach stone, tart Apple, and a bit of toast. This bubbly wine has well balanced residual sugar and acidity. The nutty yeast is apparent on the nice finish.

June 24, 2013 - Rich brioche nose, ripe yellow apple fruit. Acidity fading but still zippy enough. Had with sushi but would hold its own as an aperitif.

December 14, 2012 - Nice bubbly, toast and yeast along with peachy notes on the nose. the palate was creamy and toasty with lip smacking acidity and a long finish. Good QPR.
