  March 8, 2012 - Flavors and aromas of white flowers and white peach with a kiss of green apple on the finish. The winery claims this did not go through malolactic fermentation, though it has a slightly creamy mouthfeel which at first made me think it did. Part of me can tell it's getting up there in age as a pinot gris, yet it is reminiscent of a fresher unoaked chard.

  September 12, 2011 - This was great last night. Medium+ bodied and good weight. Nose was a bit lacking, but the balance of ripe stone fruit, sugar and acid made this a real winner. With time a savory earthiness started to come out, like parmesian cheese which really made this interesting.

  August 28, 2011 - Different from any pinot gris I've ever had. Nose is full of honeydew and pineapple, which was consistent with the palate. Definitely an off-dry wine, which I didn't expect. Would have liked a bit more acidity to hold everything together. Would make a great match for spicy asian fare.

  May 7, 2011 - Balanced wine. Just a touch of residual sugar makes it nice for pairing with spicier fare.
