    January 10, 2016 - In great shape, well balanced and delicious right from the bottle. By the next day it had lost a lot of character and had become quite ordinary. So drink up after opening!

    June 29, 2014 - This was definitely a star among the 3 Pinot bottles we opened. It has aged nicely and would continue to do so, but there is no need to wait as everything is in balance
