December 17, 2015 - Earlier notes have nailed the classic flavors and balance in this wine which has aged very well in a cool cellar. Consider this an excellent MAV produced by a very talented winemaker. Buy the good vintages, store properly and this wine will reward you for your patience. Kicked it up a point as I drank it through the evening. Being light-bodied, it's a summer red "par excellence." Good luck keeping your hands off it.

February 3, 2015 - Delicious dark cherries and minerals on the nose and well structured palate with refreshing tannins and acidity on the finish. A pleasant surprise!

February 11, 2013 - Dark ruby purple color of medium intensity. Nose of damp minerals,dark cherries and mild spices. This wine had good concentration, and structure. I think it might improve with another 1-2 years in the bottle. Outstanding Cru Beaujolais
