January 1, 2022 - Well worth the wait. Slightly sweet on first taste, but then the finish is long showing the complexity in the wine.

October 24, 2020 - A big California Cabernet, 14.5% alcohol that is nicely integrated. Smooth, ripe tannins lead the way to the land of cherries and smoky licorice. Nothing subtle about this Hall, but still seductive and balanced.

March 12, 2016 - Been waiting to drink this wine. It was delicious when I bought it in 2010 and that hasn't changed. Beautiful, complex aroma, dark fruit, tobacco, vanilla... Oak is still very present and lingering in the aftertaste - this wine still has some legs on it.
