March 10, 2017 - La Paulee de NY - Verticals Tasting (Rainbow Room - NYC): Tasted at large walkaround tasting. From magnum. Nice light tart and black fruit. Black and red cherry. Sweet spice.

November 22, 2014 - This just crackles on the palate, with crisp cherry and blackberry fruits, freshly cracked black pepper and crushed stones. Snappy and pleasantly grippy on the finish. Great bones here and held up quite well on subsequent days.

January 18, 2013 - Singing! PnP Burg like spice & autumnal nose. Tart strawberry and raspberry along with a spicey minerally streak on the palate. Really penetrating complex flavors with an ,almost, silky texture. Terrific with homemade pizza!

October 2, 2012 - Popped and poured. Minty garrigue aroma. Nice spicy berry fruit flavors. Strawberry and raspberry flavors dominate the finish. Tight when first opened, it starts opening up after about 15 minutes. Beautiful, well balanced, interesting. I will wait at least a year or two before opening my next bottle.
