December 15, 2023 - Still young. Very Spanish nose of earth, black fruit, mildew. Quite tannic, we decanted it fro 45 minutes which improved it. Would revisit in five years.

June 23, 2022 - Splash decanted immediately prior to drinking. Darker red fruit with a hint of vanilla oak gloss still. This is nicely resolved, quite full and plush but nicely integrated and the 14.5 abv isn’t an issue. Far better balance than I was expecting, this is really quite attractive. ****
