  October 22, 2014 - Dark fruits on the nose and palate. Ripe plum, black cherry, blueberry, blackberry. Allspice, black pepper and cinnamon on the mid-palate segway into some heat, moderate oak and medium tannins on the spicy finish.
  Drank over 3 days (Vacu-vin'd between servings) and it held up nicely. Not in a hurry to finish my other 3 bottles but don't think it's getting any better, either. Starting to throw some sediment so decanting or filtering is recommended.
