  April 14, 2010 - Color is golden, but with a green hue - rather light. The nose is very expressive, and I get strong hints of milky caramel over strong florals and sweet citrus with some apple as well. A very elegant yet expressive nose. Strong acidity on the palate, lemon and green apple, and a chalky mineral component as well that carries into the finish. The finish keeps a lot of the acidity quite present, but it short overall, ending cleanly and crisply.
  
  I'm going to seek out more of this wine, as it is a tremendous value, and right in my wheelhouse for a white wine. My only complaint is that the midpalate gets just a bit hollow. The acidity doesn't fully cooperate through the entire experience.
