  April 13, 2019 - (Sélectionné pour le Pharmacien)
  (Disgorged in the early 1990s, based on late 1980s vintages)
  Lovely golden yellow colour with a stream of very fine and slow moving bubbles. Maturing nose showing chocolate, cream and herbs in a very pleasant way. Palate is a mixture of smooth acidity, with a lemon zest bitterness on the mid and transforming with a hint of dried fruit and a lovely creamy feeling on the nice and lengthy finish. This was a very positive and pleasant showing tonight, just getting better and better with added glass time.

  March 2, 2007 - Nice golden color with fairly fine mousse. Nice balance, but a more serious champagne in weight--probably better with food than as an apertif.
