July 22, 2017 - Another great showing from 2008. Classic Pycm. Lots of citrus fruit flavours. Still very linear and very precise. Touch of matchstick on the finish.
If I had some more, I would hold for another few years to become more relaxed. -

July 14, 2017 - very open for business. linear and clean on the palate, but shaken off that piercing acidity and focus PYCM has when young.

June 21, 2016 - During a tasting. Medium yellow. I very much liked the mineralic, citrus fruit nose with flowers and a touch vanilla. Medium-full bodied with excellent freshness. A really grand Chard.
