Community Tasting Notes 3

December 19, 2011 - What a disappointment! I opened this wine an hour before drinking and used a vinturi on it to pour. It was really reticent and restrained, shall I say thin? I had to swirl aggressively to get much fruit on the nose and there were some vegetal notes. The overall structure was OK just a weak wine. We paired it in the tasting with a Hendry that just blew it away.

    March 30, 2010 - A beautiful Pinot.

March 30, 2010 - One of the best Pinot's that I have had in many years. Beautiful bouquet. Not overly ripe how I found many other 07's.
