November 17, 2023 - Found this bottle in my temperature controlled off-site wine locker and boy was I surprised. It has some age but has held up very well. The nose is subdued but the tannins are still there and slightly moderate. The most surprising item that I noticed is that the texture of the wine which is jammy and thick. This is surprising for me because most aged wine that I drink are somewhat thin. Really enjoying this bottle and wish I had more. Glad it was well taken care of in my off-site wine locker.

March 1, 2019 - It's really nice to have a few aged half-bottles around, when you need a PNP, but not a whole bottle. Moderately oaked cab, luscious fruit and moderate tannins. has a little more time.

December 29, 2014 - suave yet rustic, big firm tannins yet balance abounds. plenty mineral with subtle dark fruit.

December 7, 2014 - Decanted.... really opened up in an hour or so to reveal nice depth with current and blackberry, and baking spices. Tart cherry and fine grained tannins on the finish.
