  June 22, 2019 - Great wine! Perhaps one of the more complex California Chardonnays that we’ve had. Nose of almond honey roast with a fruit component like a caramel apple. The color is trending towards light rose or peach with golden rims. Luscious mouth feel with flavors of lemon meringue and caramel. Perfect with fresh crispy Atlantic salmon, melted leaks with beurre blanc sauce.

  September 18, 2016 - Spectacularly good. Once again, paired with Camembert and a baguette. I would love to have one more bottle to age for two or three more years. I am curious where it would go.

  June 19, 2016 - Outstanding. Drinking beautifully. Aged Chardonnay at its best (this coming from someone who dislikes 99% of CA Chardonnays). Inhibited ML, judicious use of oak, and superb fruit. Will wait 6-12 months before revisiting. Sad to only have two bottles left.
