June 20, 2010 - Adequate Brunello but doesn't do any more than being just OK which is not really what Brunello is all about... Agree with Kris G about the oak - it leaves an awkward edge to the wine. This is the least good of the more expensive wine that I have picked up at ALDI - I guess that there is not really any "cheap" Brunello.

October 16, 2009 - certainly not the best Brunello, acceptable quality but really a lot of wood, this woodflavor was less visible on the second day, but there wasn't a lot besides the wood concerning flavor, a short afterdronk, probably the cheapest Brunello you can find, but I suggest to spent some more money and buy a Brunello from a higher priceclass
