October 17, 2017 - Pop and pour. In a great place. Very nice nose with a touch of guava, lemon, pencil shavings, and a hint of toasted nuts and mint. On the palate, fanatstic acidity, and nice body, crisp and clean, with a touch of white pepper on the finish.
Paired very well with some chaumes, where it brought out some sweetness on the nose. -
