May 16, 2005 - A bit of farm and cut wood on the nose. Nice colour - deep but not opaque. Simple and straight up on the fore palate. Grape-y gamay, slight soil. Soft tannins coat the tongue on the finish. Not complex, but very good with cured meats and cheeses.
