September 29, 2012 - Appearance: Bright and clear, medium (-) lemon in color, with watery rims and legs.
Nose: Clean, medium (-) intensity and having youthful aromas of lemon, apple, butter, cream, acacia and stony.
Palate: Dry with medium (+) and lively acidity, the wine is of medium alcohol and medium (-) body, showing medium intensity flavors of lemon, green apple, cream, white flowers and oak, with medium (-) length.
Conclusion: Acceptable quality mid-priced Burgundy white with a fairly light nose, showing simple citrus and some malolactic characters. A bit high on acidity, the wine has reasonably intense palate but still quite simple. Nevertheless it is of finesse and got a firm structure. Ready to drink now and not intend for further ageing. -
