April 25, 2020 - Poured and enjoyed without decanting. A pleasant tasting well-balanced mature wine. Similar in taste to enjoying your evening while listening to the Eagles.

July 5, 2019 - Wine was perfectly aged! Soft at first but opened up over a period of an hour and was the perfect wine for a nice prime ribeye. No need to wait any longer this reasonably priced cab is perfect now.
