    July 28, 2023 - Sophisticated & fantastic…went down a little too easily.

Menthol & eucalyptus on the nose. Mint & green pepper on the long, intense & refined palate. Plenty of cedar fruit.

Tannins & oak all precisely where they should be - drink up.

January 9, 2022 - Nice deep dark ruby with zero signs of bricking. Open nose of black cherries and spice, big body with terrific balance cherries with vanilla lead the taste, long mellow finish. Wine has aged well and is drinking perfectly. Likely 10 more years is possible if you can wait.
