Community Tasting Notes 2

March 10, 2014 - Dark Garnet, high alcohol, rusty rim
Plums, black strap molasses, some cherry wood, jammy

Dry, cedar wood, old world characteristics present in this "new take on the old." Think of sun blasted, dry earth, with burnt grass, and buzzards circling high over head in a spaghetti western motif.

Day two-more tobacco, and wood notes showing through. Medium finish.

June 26, 2011 - - Garnet color with medium forming legs and aromas of blackberry, vanilla and oak. It's lacking fruit and has flavours of black currant, burnt toast and alcohol with a medium/full body. Satin-Like texture with a medium finish.
