  November 27, 2019 - bought on auction. Everyone guessed Napa cab but no one guessed more than 10 years old. Beautiful color with no bricking or funk on the nose. Loads of fruit and while not exhibiting tertiary characteristics there was plenty of mocha, tannins and a touch of cigar box. Treat your children well....

  August 26, 2018 - Bought a bottle of this from K&L a few years ago. It is drinking beautifully. There's some chocolate and mocha development and the wine has a core of sweet cassis and blood plum. It is full and creamy in the mouth, with good intensity and an airy feel. There's a suggestion of tobacco and plenty of earth to the long finish.

  November 29, 2012 - Agree with the previous note. A little Bordeaux funk/barnyard upon opening, but then the bouquet filled the room. Cedar, currants, plums, soil notes echoed on the palate, and pretty long finish. Super silky palate, and really good @ ~$30.

  August 6, 2011 - Silky, elegant mature Bordeaux style. Fragrant and rich, but no particular fruit flavor stood out at first smelled a little "old" mildly cloying, but that went away.
