  December 18, 2021 - Initial nose of pear and some secondary notes of bread, later a slight nuttiness of walnuts.
  On the palate some toast and hints of meatyness, round and fine, but not very long. Still nice acidity.
  For those who like mature champagne.

  January 28, 2021 - 6 year old NV.
  Golden colour, small fine bubbles.
  Pronounced nose, initially apricots, Granny Smith and orange peel. Later bread, butter and nutty tones.
  Palate smooth and round. Red apples. Still good acid at the end firming up the taste. Well structured.

  December 24, 2017 - In a very good place now. Golden in colour, nice beads of small bubbles. Creamy mousse. Still some nice zesty lemony/lemon drop/lemon peel flavours. Dry but not scortchingly so ... a nice bit of burnt honeyed lemon on the finish. A really nice effort here. Everyone at the table liked this champagne.

  July 17, 2017 - Ils fournissaient une partie de leur récolte au producteur Veuve Clicquot mais depuis 1990, ce n'est plus le cas.
  Assemblage de Pinot meunier: 80 % et de Chardonnay: 20 %
  Jolie nez sur la de pâte à biscuit, les levures, la brioche et la craie
  En bouche, c'est presque crèmeux. Ll y a des citrons et un peu de pommes et de beurre.
  Finale longue et soutenue. Impeccable.
