January 2, 2011 - Drink up, has aged well. Cherry and raspberry, rose petal on the nose. Red fruit on palate. Medium finish. Drank on it's own without food.

October 10, 2007 - My notes agree with CP - brickish color, wonderful floral bouquet, acidic palate and red fruits. Did better by itself than I when paired with food. Drink up.

May 12, 2007 - Open for about an hour, not decanted. Color is now more reddish-brown, mostly clear, still big body. Bouquet is amazing, lots of raspberry, just a hint of bacon, some rosy notes. Palate has gone just a bit too acidic, but i otherwise so smooth, a bit and vegetal but pretty well balanced. Finish is decent and intense. Went nicely with a grilled grouper with tarragon and mushroom gravy. Drink them up if you still have them.
