  August 16, 2021 - Did not have high expectations but pleasantly surprised. Still fresh and has some vibrance. Built some strength with a decant. Raspberries cranberries on the nose, blackberries and dark fruit on the finish. Ruby, Minimal sediment. Medium body smooth texture, medium acidity.

  March 25, 2014 - Tried this with pavé de bouef in a lovely bistro in Bordeaux and it accompanied the meat very well. A subtle but pleasing nose. The wine opened up nicely after a few minutes in the glass. A good value for a serious Margaux.
  The wine looks ruby colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. The body is medium/full.

  October 2, 2009 - Clevens Bordeaux (Conference room): Rich, mocha nose. Dark fruits. Much more serious then the others. Quite nice. 89-90
